RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns/Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your new sunglasses. However, if for any reason you are not, we will gladly accept a return for a refund (excludes shipping and handling fee) within 14 business days of receipt of order on items that are unworn.
Return must be accompanied by an authorization code which will be provided by KOA team.
15% restocking fee will be applied in all returned orders.
Please email directly to support@koaeyewear.com and indicate the following:
- Order #
- Reason for the return/exchange
- Detailed photos of the product
- Provide tracking information once available
Exchanges are also accepted within 14 business days of receipt on unworn items.
Items may be exchanged for a different color only.
The original item must be returned prior to the replacement being shipped.
Customer is responsible for shipping and handling of the return/exchange.
Please mail returns as fragile via USPS Priority, UPS or FedEx with a sturdy packaging to ;
